A couple of sick people. Oh just kidding, one has Meniere's and the other hypertension. After many years of "How about some chips with your salt?" it took us awhile to get used to the low sodium diet. Eventually an enlightened smile came across our faces as we happily exclaimed "So this is what a potato chip tastes like!"

Think of us as the deli around the corner, we're always happy when you visit us and all ears to know how you're doing. We're here for you when your supermarket isn't. Trust us, we know this low sodium diet can be a royal pain in the tuckus. One day we would like to appease more tastes and needs. But for now it's a little of this, a little of that. So email us about a great low sodium product and maybe one day it'll be a lot of this and a lot of that.

We grew sick and tired of having to impel, cajole and noodge store managers to stock low sodium foods. Then one day we heard of a lady faking a heart attack to show the store manager what would happen to her if she didn't get her low sodium foods, well that was the straw that broke the camel's back (uhm, officially, we at Livinglowsodium.com do not approve of such behavior but we sure would like to buy her a drink). And after much research and discovering wonderful sites run by equally wonderful people helping the low sodium community, we decided we too wanted to help you make your low sodium diet a little easier.
